She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander MacDonald and Annie MacDonald (Fitzpatrick); and her sisters, Julie MacDonald and Marion Sampson. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Watson (Andy); her brother Donald MacDonald; her sons, Paul and Jay (Jesslyn Fowlie); and her granddaughter Meena Watson.
