It is with sadness that the passing of Omer Duguay of Dalhousie, New Brunswick is shared. Omer, born on November 20, 1934, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Omer will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Omer by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Omer is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Omer’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Duguay and Léontine Larocque; his former wife Theresa; his son Denis; and his stepson Denis.
He is survived by: his wife May Carrier Duguay; his children, Claude (Nancy), Linda (Billy) and Monique; and his stepchildren, Rachel (Colin), Cheryl (Clifford) and Todd (Rica). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Senior Citizens' Club (1 St Louis St, Campbellton, NB E3N2J1).
