He was predeceased by: his parents, Alford Grimes and Bessie Grimes; and his brothers, Allan, Delbert, Stanley, Freddy and Tim.
He is survived by: his wife Cora; and his brother Terry.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the St. John Bosco Church (470 Victoria St, Dalhousie, NB E8C2V3).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the New Brunswick Cancer Society, an organization that holds significant importance to them.
