He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Brideau and Iva Brideau (Young); his brother Gary; and his stepfather Joe Sonier. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Brideau (LeBlanc); his sons, Mike Brideau (Erin) of North Bay, ON, Donald Duclos (Guylaine) of Montreal, QC, Danny Duclos of Toronto, ON, Wayne Duclos (Ty) of New Jersey and Tony Duclos of Damascus; his grandchildren, Alyssa Bryann, Zachary Duclos, Vanessa Duclos, Cameron Duclos, Kadon Duclos, Micheal Brideau, Zachary Brideau and Ainsleigh Brideau; and his siblings, Ray Brideau (Yvonne) of Ontario, Donnie Sonier (Denise) of Ontario and Joanne Bagley (Brian). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
