With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laurel Charles Blue of Debec, New Brunswick, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles S. Blue and Marjorie Blue (Walters) of Debec, N. B.. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Blue (Greer-Davenport); his sister Carolyn Blue Woodstock (Gordon Porter); his children, Linda Blue-Hoskins (Bill Hoskins), Kellie Blue-McQuade (Mark Howe) and Charles Blue (Patty); his grandsons, Tyler of Toronto, Bradley Hoskins of Toronto, Daniel of Toronto and Duncan Blue of Toronto; his niece Jane Porter; his nephew Tim Porter Fredericton (Valeri); and his stepchildren, Kathy Verrill (Lester), Ronald Davenport (Beverly), Dwaine Davenport (Scarlett) and Vaughn Davenport (Patricia).
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Royal Canadian Legion Dominion Command Poppy Trust Fund, the Carleton County Animal Shelter, or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
