He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Rafferty and Kathleen Rafferty; and his significant other Cathy Carter. He is survived by: his son Ryan Chapman (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Finn and Theo; his siblings, Shawn (Andrea), Luanne and Stacy (Jason Myles); his niece Erin (Steve); his great-nephews, Skyler and Saxon; his great-niece Salem; his nephews, Shea and Kyle (Chloe); his great-nephew Eli; and his close friends, Jeff and Karen Trites. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
