Laurina Léger Obituary
With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Laurina Léger of Dieppe, New Brunswick, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Gould and Joseline Gould (LeBlanc); her former husband Jean Cormier; her brothers, Edouard and Olivier; and her sister-in-law Bernice Gould.
She is survived by: her husband Gérard; her daughters, Jeannette Cormier-Saulnier of Dieppe, Nancy Cormier of Moncton and Aline Léger-Ring of Fredericton; her grandchildren, Parise Saulnier, Yves Saulnier, Alec Saulnier, Ashley Ring and Taylor Ring; her siblings, Lucie Bourgeois (Raymond) of Village, Clarence Gould (Simonne) of Memramcook East, Jude Gould (Léopold) of Memramcook East, Alfred and Freddie; and her sisters-in-law, Irène Gould of Memramcook-East and Jane Gould of Sackville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre (396 Main St, Shediac, NB E4P2G1). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St-Joseph R. C. Church (415 Main St, Shediac, NB E4P2B6).
