She was predeceased by : her mother Jeannine Lewis (Goguen); and her brothers, Ralph Jr. and Bruce. She is survived by : her father Ralph Lewis; her siblings, Wendy and Bradley; her nieces, Amy-Lynn and Vanessa; and her aunt Joy Kelly.
