She was predeceased by: her father Joseph "Lawrence" Ernest Rousselle. She is survived by: her husband Rev. Neil Osiowy; her mother Sharon Rousselle; her children, Jeremie LeBlanc and Natalie Eastman (Jordan); the parent of her children Rheal LeBlanc; her brothers, Larry Rousselle (Rosemary) and Dan Rousselle (Kara); her brother-in-law Kevin Osiowy (Debra); and her pets, Ruby and Willow. She is also survived by family, quilting friends, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Andrew's Anglican Church (327 Main St, Doaktown, NB E9C1E1).
Donations in Deborah's memory can be made to the Anglican Parish of Ludlow and Blissfield, or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of the donor's choice.
