The passing of Dorinda Parker of Doaktown, New Brunswick leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on November 18, 2025 at the age of 70. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregory Basque and Anna Basque (Ryhnard); her brother Isaac "Smiley" Rhynard; and her brother-in-law Wayne LeBlanc. She is survived by: her husband Iven; her children, Scott (Melissa) and Kaitlyn Storey; and her siblings, James Rhynard, Larry Swinimer (Rita), Gregory "Manny" Swinimer (Shirley), Patrick "Boo Boo" Swinimer (Anna Mae), Doug Swinimer and Betty Lou LeBlanc. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and wonderful friends.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #23 (8 Dr Hamilton Dr, Doaktown, NB E9C1E2).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #23 would be gratefully appreciated and would honour Doreen's lifelong dedication to her community.
