He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma Carr (Cowie) and William Carr. He is survived by: his cousins, Saint John and Cowie; his siblings, Carrie, Marion Green (Charles) and Kenneth Carr (Deanne); his nieces and nephews, Sonya Green-Hache, Kim Emerson, Todd Green, Jerry Weaver, Stephen Carr and Ryan Carr; and his caregiver Jeanette Munn (Sheila Doak).
