He is survived by: his parents, Trevor Gilks and Sonya Gilks (Shannon); his brother David Gilks; his grandparents, Bob and Sue Shannon; his aunt Sheri Shannon; his uncle Rob Shannon; his cousin Piper Shannon; his aunt Tara Green (Jason); and his uncles, Mitchell Amos and Neil Amos. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
