He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray B. Travers and Hilda Travers (Armstrong) of New River Beach, N. B.. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Sandra Howland (Charles) of Mactaquac, N. B., Leslie Travers of Grand Bay, N. B. and Ray P. Travers (Carol) of Royal Road, N. B.; his grandchildren, David (Laura Donelan) and Julia Howland (Andrew Atkinson); and his children, Manny (Logan Hughes) and Charlotte Travers.
