It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Mae Greer of Douglas, New Brunswick, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Mae Greer to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Nicholson and Jennie Nicholson (Gorveatte); her husband Harley Greer; her daughter Lorraine; and her siblings, Garnet, Everett, Abby, John, Beulah, Dorothy, Jean, Betty, Marjory and Molly.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Leighton of Moncton and Gary McCabe of British Columbia; her grandsons, Steven of Ontario, Donald of Ontario and Robert of Ontario; and her sister Florence of Fredericton, NB. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
