He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Bell and Zelda Bell (Morgan); his brother LeRoy; and his brother-in-law Brian Keenan. He is survived by: his spouse Parise Kirouac-Bell; his son Leigh (Dawn); his granddaughter Olivia; and his siblings, Marie Keenan, Lloyd Bell, Raymond Bell, Christine Bell, Nancy Bell, Norma Lanto (Gene) and Tony Bell (Angel). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
