He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bernier and Eva Bernier (Cyr); his daughter Danielle; and his siblings, Wilda Roy, Lucien (late Cecile), Gaetan and Louis.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Bernier (Rick Rademaker) of Saint-Leonard-Parent, Jocelyn "Bout" (Noella), Jean-Eudes "Blond" (Jane) of Drummond, Albeo "Titou" (Debbie) of Grand Falls, Michel and Lori (Joane) of Drummond; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannine (late Gaetan), Viola (late Louis) and Raymond Roy (late Wilda). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, two sisters.
