He was predeceased by: his father Leo Ouellette; and his mother-in-law Marie-Anne Lagacé. He is survived by: his wife Lise Ouellette (Dubé); his children, Ricky Ouellette of Drummond and Milaine Ouellette (Kenny Lizotte) of St-Jacques; his grandson Maxime Lizotte; his mother Almida Ouellette Albert (Page); and his siblings, Robert (Jocelyne) of Grand Falls, Maurice (France) of St-Jacques, Guy (Jean), Daniel (Marie-Mai) and Bernadette (Marise). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
