He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Turcotte and Rita Turcotte (Plourde); and his siblings, Maurice Turcotte, Marie-Jeanne Myshrall and Marie-Anne.

He is survived by: his wife Nicole Turcotte (Morin); his children, Marc, Luc (Nathalie Michaud) of Drummond and Manon Turcotte of St-Jacques; his grandchildren, Cole, Alex, Zacky, Chad and Dylan; his siblings, Sylvia Desjardins Girard, Florence Browne (Dana) of Grand Falls, Jocelyne of Drummond, Noel (Nora) of Alberta, Yvon of Drummond, Jean-Guy (Aline), Robert (Suzanne) of Grand Falls and Mario (Josée) of Moncton; and his siblings-in-law, Doreen Turcotte (late Maurice) of Drummond and Martin Myshrall (late Marie-Jeanne) of Grand Falls. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
