She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Wilson and Dorothy Wilson (Goddard); her sister Karen Gallant; and her brother-in-law Dave McShane. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Mercer; her daughter Dawn Wilson of Sussex, NB; her stepchildren, Janie Dysart (Scott) of Sussex Corner, NB, Marcia Bunnell (Richard Vail) of Apohaqui, NB, Randal Mercer (Lisa) of Drury's Cove, NB and Charles Mercer (Tammy) of Mount Hebron, NB; and her siblings, Dorothy "Ann" McShane of Saint John, NB, Sharon Spicer of Sussex, NB, Kevin Wilson (Yolande) of Moncton, NB and Stephen Wilson of Sussex, NB. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
