He is survived by: his wife Arlene Denston of Eel Ground; his children, Sierra Simon and Tony Dixon of Eel Ground; his siblings, Diane Jerome (Art St Cyr) of Eel Ground, Roderick Simon (Rita) of Miramichi and Harvey Simon of Eel Ground; his brothers-in-law, Joe Crossman of Eel Ground and Joseph Anthony Ward of Eel Ground; and his nieces and nephews, Katerina Paul, Arthur Simon, Aaron Simon, Jonah Simon, Reece Simon, Jonathan Ward, Malcolm Ward, Allison Ward, Kolby Simonson, Darian Martinez (Jessica Savoie), River Ward (Jacob Morris), Erica Ward, Phillip Cloud, Tristan Ward, Corinne Stout, Walter Jerome, Cyrus Dewitt, Toby Russo, Nicole Simon, Roman Francis and Savanah Simon. He is also survived by several great nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northumberland Funeral Home (102 Pleasant St, Miramichi, NB E1V1X7). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St Joachim's Roman Catholic Church (42 Church Rd, Miramichi, NB E1V).
