He was predeceased by: his father Wilfred Poirier; and his brothers, Ernest Poirier and Marcel Poirier. He is survived by: his mother Irene Poirier (Burris); his children, Randy and Chastity (Jason) of St-Maure; his grandchildren, Keegan Levesque and Izabella Beek; and his brothers, Billy Poirier of Darlington, Allan Poirier of Edmundston and Wayne Poirier of Charlo.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the Ste. Trinite Church (2 Rue d'Église, Eel River Crossing, NB E8E1P6). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
