It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jessie Steeves (Elgin, New Brunswick), born in Steeves Mountain, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Hazen Crossman and Bertha Crossman; her husband Laurence; and her siblings, Evelyn Eagles, Lawrence, Percy and Horace.
She is survived by : her daughters, Pauline Carlin (Gerald) and Ruth Barchard (Everette); her grandchildren, Greg Carlin (Heather), Paula Barchard (Barry), Pamela Carlin, Sonya Barchard, Sandra Somers (Cory) and Bentley Barchard; her great grandchildren, Cody, Maggy, Emma, Jack, Isaac, Will, Jenny, Benjamin, Luke, Aiden and Jace; her sisters, Frances Todd and Catherine Steeves; and her friend Jackie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions there will be no public visitation.
If desired, memorial donations may be made to The New Elgin Cemetery or to a charity of the donor's choice.
