He was predeceased by : his parents, Edgar Richards and Bertha Richards (Bishop); his brother Donald Richards; and his brother-in-law Laurie Tilton. He is survived by : his wife Gail Richards; his children, Dr. Stephanie Noftsker (Will), Sonya Rees (Wayne), Peter and Justin (Alicea); his grandchildren, Kara, Christian, Jacob, Jenna, Liam, Isaac, Makayla and Hailey; his sister Jackie Tilton; his sister-in-law Myrna Richards; his grandchildren, Meaghan and Sean Hogan; and his close friend Zoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Bob's Life will be announced at a later date.
