She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Smith and Lillian Smith (Whiteley); and her stepson Gilbert Lutwick. She is survived by: her husband William Wortman; her children, Kim Silke, Jenny Conwell (Barry), Dawn Peterson and Neil Peterson (Comboy); and her stepchildren, Sylvia Walker, Nancy Lennon and Doug Wortman. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren as well as extended family and friends.
