He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wolverton and Bessie Wolverton (Giberson); his wife Margaret; and his siblings, Donald, David, Madeline, Doris and Anna.
He is survived by: his close friend Avis Orser; his children, Donald E. Wolverton (Karen Southan), Tanya Wolverton, Waynonda Knight (Marc) and Nicole Wolverton; his stepson Douglas Merritt (Tamara); his grandchildren, Brooke, Tayler, Jordyn, Madisyn, Logan, Mercedes, Justin and Thomas; his great grandchildren, Xzavior, Spencer and Elsie; and his sister Eva MacLeod. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the L. R. Giberson Funeral Directors (207 Burnham Rd, Florenceville-Bristol, NB E7L1Z1).
