He is survived by: his wife Courtney; his sons, Curtis Smith (Brittany Nye) and Cole Smith (Mikayla); his stepsons, Randy Allison (Stephanie Tremblay) and Jeramie Allison (Jessica); his grandchildren, Summer Allison, Bella Allison, Sawyer Smith, Slater Smith, Kohen Smith, Charlie Smith, Brayden Allison and Walker Allison; and his siblings, Linda Smith, Charles Smith and Bonnie Spence. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
