She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Jagodzinski of Poland and Helena Jagodzinski (Górska) of Poland. She is survived by: her husband Zygmunt Jez of Fords Mills; her children, Kate Cornish (Dan) of Rexton and Jerry Jez (Janine) of Hanover, ON; her grandchildren, Kelly, Danielle, Brooke and Maia; and her great grandchild Hudson.
