He was predeceased by : his wife Leona Guitard; his parents, Frank Trail and Rita Trail (Niles); his daughter Mary; and his siblings, Gordon, Robert, Larry, Joyce and Phyllis.

He is survived by : his children, Lloyd, Brent Guitard of Ontario and Jeanette Major; his brothers, Raymond Trail (Linda) of Saint John, NB and Jerry Trail (Suzette) of Calgary, AB; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by the cat; many extended family.

For those who wish, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
