He is survived by: his parent Kathleen Ballard (Colford); his children, Ronald Ballard (Connie), Phyllisanne Ballard of Fredericton, NB and Tammy Bennett (Henry) of Fredericton, NB; his grandchildren, Christina, Ashley, Cody, Melinda and Anthony; his great grandchildren, Kayden, Eleish and Grace; and his brother Fred Ballard (Joanne) of Fredericton, NB. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
