He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Josephine El Zayat of Fredericton; and his children, Tony Zayat, Gabriel El Zayat (Shannon Wright), Marie Youssef (George), Amel Sader (George) and Nawal Awada (Bilal). He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
