He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Louise MacTavish (McQuade); his brother Charlie; his sister-in-law Betty MacTavish (Don Prime); his nephews, Donnie and Timmy; and his son-in-law Bert Worthen.
He is survived by: his children, Richard (Debbie), Nancy (Ron) and Judy; and his grandchildren, Mark (Meg), Brent, Jeff, Ashley (Levi), Stephen, Tim and Sarah.
