She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Bell (Lavender) and John Bell (Eldon Howe); her son Richard Howe; and her siblings, Basil Bell, George Bell, Jack Bell, Robert Bell, Constance Nickerson (Connie), Pauline Hagens, Amelia Follette (Nin), Gloria Bell, Irene Guy and Thelma "Priscilla" Wesley.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Howe (Susan Mulloy) of Fredericton and Timothy Howe (Louise Earl) of Stittsville, ON; her grandchildren, Sierra Howe of Fredericton and Richard Howe (Paula Torres Munoz) of Halifax; and her sisters, Sylvia Nickerson and Lorraine Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
