Cecil Garland Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2018, at the age of 94, Cecil Garland (Fredericton, New Brunswick), born in Moncton, New Brunswick passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecil Garland to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his child Jacqueline (Bannister); his former wife Lorna Nash; and his siblings, Eric (Marilyn), Alexander Bannister and Gwen Moore.

He is survived by: his children, Andrea (Sean Dolan) of Rothesay, Derrick of Vancouver and Mia (Gary Keeling) of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Kiera Dolan, Alexander Dolan, Skyler Keeling, Christie Keeling (Darren Pacione) of Ottawa and Melissa Keeling; his sons, Gabriel, Gavin of Calgary, Candace Ducey (Zachary), Georgia and Iris of Quispamsis; and his sisters, Ada Bannister of St John, Margaret Williamson (Don) of Ottawa and Elizabeth Swett (Norm) of Colorado. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA, the John Howard Society, or a charity of ones choice to support someone or an animal in need.
