He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Dunnett. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Dunnett (Holmes); his wife Carrie Dunnett (Belliveau); his sons, Cody and Curtis; and his siblings, Derek and Jodie Holmes (Stephen).
