He was predeceased by: his uncle Bill Smith. He is survived by: his wife Heather Black; his daughter Samantha Otis; his parents, Douglas MacDonald and Barbara MacDonald; his brother Kirk MacDonald; his aunt Susan Smith; his uncle Mark Logan; and his cousin Courtney Smith Jones (Kevin Jones). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Junior Achievement New Brunswick, or a charity of the donor's choice.
