He is survived by: his children, Michael Parker (Heather) and Linda MacDonald (John); his siblings, Earle Parker (Claire) of Ottawa, Barbara Edington of New York and Catherine Watson of Ottawa; his brothers-in-law, Arthur Thomas (Hèléne) and John Thomas (Lorraine); and his grandchildren, Rebecca, Bradley, Rachel and Tyler.
