He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Bungay and Irene Bungay. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bungay; his sons, Michael (Heidi) and Richard (Dawn); his grandchildren, Haley Bungay, Hilary Shannon (Andrew), Daniel Bungay (Sarah), Elizabeth Bungay (Cody), Patric, Mary and Catherine Craig; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Vincent, Bruce, Brody, Audrey, Thomas, Conner, Finnegan and Virgil. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's York Anglican Church (780 McEvoy St, Fredericton, NB E3A3B7). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
