Cyril Francis Tobin Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cyril Francis Tobin (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on September 14, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tobin and Angela Tobin (Burke); his wife Theresa Tobin (Wiseman); his son James Patrick Tobin; and his siblings, Anne, Peter, Bill, Leonard, James, Adrian, Marjorie and Kenneth.

He is survived by: his children, Tina (Kelly Davidson), Tony, Kenneth, John (Shirley Withers), Helena (Jason Williams), Cyril Jr. and Kevin (Emily Chevrier); his grandchildren, Christina, Christopher, Tyler, Theresa, Mark, Ryan, Jack, Landon, Lydia, Oona and Ari; his great grandchildren, Megan and William; his friend Audrey; and his siblings-in-law, Seamus Gibbons, Alphonse Sweeney, Sandra Tobin, Helena Kavanaugh, Lorraine Ashford (Jim), Marilynn Hickey (Dave) and Shelia Earle (Cliff). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Capital Region Mental Health and Addictions Inc., or the Fredericton Homeless Shelter.
