He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Colpitts and Nettie Colpitts (Collier); and his sister Donna Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Polly Colpitts of Calgary and Sarah MacQueen of Fredericton; his grandchildren, Evan Wong of Calgary, Hailee MacQueen and Alexander MacQueen; and his siblings, Isabel Constantine (Stirling) of Salisbury, David Colpitts (Ardith) of Sussex and Howe Colpitts (Joyce) of Riverview. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
