He was predeceased by: his parents, Pierre Rosari and Catherine Terrio (Leblanc); his former wife Elsie Irene Watters; and his siblings, Joseph Rene, Walter Leonard, Leonard Francis, Francis Adolph, Ruth, Marie, Clarisse, Vangie and Leona.

He is survived by: his wife Leonna Evans-Theriault; his sons, Wayne (Faye), Harley (Solange), John (Deborah), Mike (Rose) and Rene (Terrianne); and his brother Henry. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
