Darrell Joseph Murdoch Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2025, at the age of 77, Darrell Joseph Murdoch of Fredericton, New Brunswick passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Murdoch and Ruby Murdoch (Donahue); his siblings, Rowena, Roberta, Bob, Nancy and Ron Murdoch; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Murphy, Bob Shaw, Don Smith, Tom Murphy and Wayne Nightingale.

He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Murdoch (Murphy); his daughters, Brookee LaPointe (Andy) and Shannon McKinnon (Troy); his grandchildren, Olivia, Graysen LaPointe, Hayden, Luca and Caleb McKinnon; his sister Verna Shaw; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Murdoch, Isabel Murphy, Alleen Parsons (Dave), Sandra Smith, Tess Hooks, Karen Murphy, Janet Murphy (Sandy Malcolm), Pat Murphy (Annie), David Murphy (Donna Wong) and Rob Murphy (Sandra). He is also survived by his wife, daughters, and sons-in-law.
