He is survived by: his parents, Gaetane Peterson (Eric) and John Benjamin (Ronda); his children, Catherine "Cate" and Cohen Benjamin; the mother of his children Julie Lyons; and his brothers, Ian (Samantha), Shane (Ashley), Derik Benjamin (Jaycie) and Joshua Jones (Teresa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
