With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah Williams (Fredericton, New Brunswick), who passed away on January 31, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Manford Billings. She is survived by: her mother Clara Billings; her husband Frankie of Scotch Lake; her children, Melissa (Marc) of Fredericton and Dana (Sara) of Alberta; her grandchildren, Kayley, Aubrey and Evan; and her close friend Emily.
