He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen Holder and Myrtle Holder (Lacey); his grandson Jared Holder; and his former wife Elva Holder (Mullin). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Holder (Butler); his sons, Paul (Laurene), Stephen (June) and Jeffrey (Sherry); his stepdaughters, Sheri Hersey (Rick) and Kellie Horncastle; his grandchildren, Alex, Kyle, Kaleigh, Noah and Sam; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Grace and Caleb; and his cousin Joan Rose of Essex, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in Doug's name to Fredericton Hospice House or to your local SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
