He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmerson Fullarton and Muriel Fullarton (Wilkins); and his daughter Angela Rose Fullarton. He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son Robert; his grandchildren, Glendin and Kaylyn; his sisters, Edna Munn (Garry), Eva Cook (Ross), Nyla Bryan Velma Yerxa (Wendel) and Shirley Ingersoll (Mark); and his nephew Freddie Richard. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army.
