He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur McCashion and Margaret McCashion (McCaughey); and his siblings, Patrick, John, Tom, Bob, Margaret-Ann and Agnes.
He is survived by: his sons, Edward McCashion (Michele), David McCashion and Matthew McCashion (Angie); his grandchildren, Melissa Barton (Brandon), Sean McCashion (Maythanya), Ryan McCashion (Melanie), Evan McCashion (Yullia), Eric McCashion and Katelyn McCashion; his great grandchildren, Luke and Natalie Barton; and his sister Mary Sveinson (Ronald) of Surrey, BC. He is also survived by his family, never missing his son's.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the J. A. McAdam Memorial Chapel (160 York St, Fredericton, NB E3B3N7).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Edward's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
