She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Sr. Fowler and Zola Fowler (Black); her brother Eugene Fowler Jr.; and her close friend Alfred Paul-Elias. She is survived by: her children, Michael McLaughlin and Kelly Dabrowski (Ken); her sister Dorothy Fowler (Carney Flynn); her sister-in-law Sharon Fowler (Lowe); her grandchildren, Charles and Stella Dabrowski; her nephew Rob Fowler (Eva Shimoaka); her niece Angela Fowler (Ben Kennedy); her great-nephew Matthew Fowler; and her great-nieces, Zoe and Kavina Kennedy.
