With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elvin Morice Hollins (Fredericton, New Brunswick), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elvin left this world on August 8, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Pauline Hollins; his parents, Percy Hollins and Louise Hollins (Souris); and his siblings, Percy, Beverley and Hope.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Dunn (Laurin), Shari Andrews (George), Laurie Scott (Brian), Lynn Hollins, Chandra MacLean (David), Marsha Hollins, Heather Underhill (Alan) and Paul Hollins (Kathe); his sister-in-law Marilyn Albert; and his caregivers, Emily, Sarah and April. He is also survived by 18 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the York Funeral Home (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2).
