The passing of Emmagene MacConnell (Fredericton, New Brunswick) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 12, 2025 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Knoblaugh and Elsie Knoblaugh. She is survived by: her husband Allan MacConnell; her brother-in-law Art MacConnell; her daughters, Patricia, Tammy (Jerry) and Cheryl (Rodney); her grandchildren, Tim, Tina, Charlotte (Alex) and Keyana; and her great grandchildren, Katrina, Tristin, Gabriella, Amari, Angelo and Anna Leigh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel (302 Brookside Dr, Fredericton, NB E3A5K2). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to Under the Tent Outreach at [email protected] or to the donor's favourite charity as Jean would give to everyone she could.
