He is survived by: his wife Shelley Baggs (Cleveland); his father Enos Baggs; his stepmother Maisie Baggs; his sons, Kyle Baggs (Jordan) and Kobi Baggs (Lexie); his grandchildren, Jensen and Kori; his siblings, Judy Baggs, Raymond Baggs (Karen), David Baggs (Janelle), Edwin Baggs (Joanne), Ashley Dobbin (Clifford), Adam Hynes (Trina) and Mike Beck; and his sister-in-law Karen Harper (Cleveland). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hope City (429 Clements Dr, Fredericton, NB E3G7J1).
